My name is Juan "John" Paez, and I’m a dedicated real estate professional and experienced builder with a firm commitment to delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance to every client I serve. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2016, I’ve helped countless buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate market with confidence and clarity—leveraging over eight years of industry experience and a deep understanding of property structure, design, and long-term value.
